Comark Global was set up in 1981 to meet the needs of foreign investors in Portugal. The range of services increased over the years as well as the number of clients. Currently, the company is serving affiliates, branches, limited liability companies, individuals of 20 different countries. Since 1997, the company is led by Johannes N. Rückert who is surrounded by an international team of skilled professionals, chartered accountants, economists, auditors, HR and legal experts. In recent years new Partners have joined the company, proving that the project was appealing to other associates. From 2004 on the company was part of the international Ecovis network. In 2024 the ETL Global Group acquired a qualified majority. Since this date the company became COMARK GLOBAL – ACCOUNTING AND CONSULTING LDA.
