Fátima Gouveia
Fátima Gouveia has a degree in Economics (Faculdade de Economia do Porto) and a post-graduate degree in Taxation (Instituto de Estudos Superiores Financeiros e Fiscais, now Atlantic Business School). Her professional experience has always been dedicated to international clients, in the fields of market research, investment assistance and support for setting up foreign companies/branches in Portugal. She speaks French, Spanish, English and, of course, Portuguese. As a partner of Comark Global Lda, she specializes in assisting companies in the international arena and is currently more focused on indirect tax and payroll issues. She is also the representative of Comark Global, Lda. on the Board of the IVA – International VAT Association and on the ETL Global French Desk.

José Carlos Mota
José Carlos Mota has a degree in Economics (Faculdade de Economia do Porto) and a postgraduate qualification in Financial Auditing (ISAG-Instituto Superior de Administração e Gestão). He is a member of the following professional bodies in Portugal: i) Ordem dos Contabilistas Certificados; ii) Ordem dos Revisores Oficiais de Contas; and iii) Ordem dos Economistas (Counsellor Member). His professional activity has always been linked to Auditing, Statutory Auditing and Accounting. He worked as a Financial Auditor at Ernst & Young. When he obtained his Chartered Accountant status, he started working as a sole trader, including tax and accounting consultancy. He is currently a partner in Comark Global, Lda., where he is responsible for the accounting department.
